In certain instances, Calendly's aggressive caching can inadvertently overwrite the edits made by our team, leading to potential mix-ups in client information.
To mitigate this issue and ensure accurate client information for each appointment, we recommend implementing the following workaround:

In the event, go to the "Invitee Questions" section.

Click the "Name" field to bring up the settings we need.

Unselect the "Autofill Invitee Name, Email, and Text Reminder Phone Number from prior bookings" checkbox.
