Answer Aide does offer outbound calling services for our customers. We can make calls to our customers' on-call technicians and facilitate call transfers as needed.
Furthermore, we have the capability to follow up with your callers and customers who have previously contacted us and relay additional information. We are capable of making calls for various purposes, including confirming appointments, processing payments, rectifying errors, and informing callers if their needs fall outside the scope of our service offerings or area.
Please note we will not engage in cold or unsolicited calls on behalf of our clients, nor will we make collection calls.
