In order to change your password after logging into the miTeam Account Portal please complete the following actions:
- Click on "Settings" in the left navigation bar.
- Click the "Change Password" button.
- Enter your new password twice and click the "Save" button. Please see the below requirements for your new password.
To create a robust password, please keep in mind the following requirements:
- Your password must be at least 8 characters long.
- It should include at least one lowercase character, one uppercase character, one number, and one special character.
Please note that your account will be locked after three consecutive failed login attempts. If you find yourself locked out, don't worry! Simply open a support ticket, and our team will promptly assist you in resetting your password.
