How does call forwarding work?
Call forwarding is a useful and user-friendly functionality that enables you to reroute your incoming calls to Answer Aide. Most phone service providers offer call forwarding as part of their basic plans. If your current service doesn't include this feature, you can get in touch with your provider to have it activated, allowing you to effortlessly redirect your calls to Answer Aide.
Can Answer Aide forward the phone lines on my behalf?
We cannot activate or deactivate your call forward. We wish we could offer this service, but there are many different settings you can activate and use, and we don't know how you prefer to have these set up. In addition, while some phone providers will use the generic call forwarding procedures described below, there are a lot of VoIP providers that may have more complex setups. If you are having trouble with forwarding calls, please contact your phone provider.
