On or around the 1st of each month, Answer Aide will send you an invoice via email. You have the option to receive paper invoices, but please note this service carries a $15 monthly fee. Should you choose this, your invoice will be printed and dispatched on the same day as your email notification.
The invoice amount will be promptly charged to your default payment method.
Please note that if an invoice remains unpaid 7 days after its due date, an administrative fee will be assessed. This fee will be either $19.99 or 10% of the unpaid invoice amount, whichever is higher. This charge will be reflected in your next invoice.
