To customize the caller ID for outbound calls from Answer Aide, follow these simple steps:

Raise a support ticket with Answer Aide, indicating the specific caller ID you wish to display when our receptionists make outbound calls on your behalf. Additionally, inform us if this number can receive SMS or text messages.

If your business number supports SMS functionality, you may receive a verification code from us. Otherwise, we will conduct a test call to verify the number.
